The Stargate Mystery School is designed for both professionals and non-professionals who work with, or want to work with, non-ordinary states of consciousness. In every culture except “modern” western culture, the use of Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness was integrated into everyday life, usually on a community-wide level. Each weekend, we will come together to explore the potential of subtle energies, allowing ourselves to follow our own or another’s psyche rather than attempting to direct or control these natural inner processes.

Course Description

This course is composed of five unique weekends designed to provide an integrative, psycho-spiritual experience. The Stargate curriculum draws upon breathwork, transpersonal imagery, sound, and meditation techniques to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. Each session focuses on a theme that taps into deep evolutionary energies, to begin the understanding necessary for the transformation of suffering and pain into surrender, story, and myth, and empowering your innate abilities to remember skills that embody the language of the soul.

Some of the questions explored over the 10-month period include:

• How do we learn to discern the intentions of archetypal or unconscious energy?
• How do you use the environment, the therapeutic “container” to encourage expressions of subtle energy in a safe way?
• How does one learn to listen to a client’s soul or higher self that is revealed through unconscious processes?

Stargate helps students to become more aware of their unconscious behaviors and helps them make conscious choices. Stepping out of any falsehood that they’ve created enables them to live more consciously and joyously. Individuals listen to their inner wisdom and discover the person that lives inside.

About the Facilitators

Jyoti Ph.D. (Jeneane Prevatt) is internationally known as a spiritual and psychological consultant working with spiritual emergence, and has explored multicultural approaches to the study of raising consciousness in the body, mind and spirit. She has written several books and is the founder of the Stargate School. Jyoti is a resident of the spiritual community Kayumari in California.

Bobby Schnitzius  Bobby holds a degree from Ripon College with a double major in Philosophy and Religion, an MS degree in Eastern Studies and Comparative Psychology from the University of Scranton, and is currently enrolled in the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in their MA in Counseling Program. Bobby has assisted with the Stargate School for three years. He has a varied background that included music therapy, composing, recording artist, meditation, and men’s group participant and leader
